Kevin Dunnam started his journey in Real Estate Development in 1997 by purchasing the Greyhound Bus Terminal in downtown Memphis and developing it into 300 units of self-storage and commercial space. Within a couple of years, Kevin Dunnam acquired a parcel of land and developed the first private gated water front community in Navarre Beach, Florida.
