G. Kevin Dunnam

Kevin was born in Laguna Beach, California, lived in Nashville and later settled in Memphis where he began his career converting a Greyhound Bus Station into a mini storage and lofts in 1997.  After finishing this project, he decided to re-locate to the Pensacola area where as a youth and young adult vacationed at the local beaches.  In 1999, his first project in the Florida Panhandle was developing Camellias the first private gated waterfront residential subdivision in Navarre Beach, FL.

The success of this project ultimately drove him to the realization that Residential Land Development was what he wanted to pursue. Since his first project, he has managed the development of several residential subdivisions and is currently working on several new projects.  Kevin is a strident believer in implementing patience and perseverance through difficult project phases.  This combined with hard work and accountability has led him to success after success.
