Kevin Dunnam is a long-time resident of Pensacola, Florida. He moved to the Panhandle of Florida from Memphis, Tennessee, in the mid 1990’s, where he developed his first commercial property. After moving to Navarre Beach, he began developing residential properties in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties.
